Just follow the steps starting with, Step 1. Fill it out online, save the completed form and email it to [email protected] with "RENTAL APPLICATION FOR (ADDRESS)" in the Subject Line or bring your paperwork by the office for one of our Agents to help you! After you have completed Step 1, please proceed to Step 2 where you will complete the Credit Check portion ($100.00 per applicant). You will recieve an email from Janita Mercado confirming your successfull application submission.
