Dr. John has twenty-five years’ experience in research, data analysis, and professional writing. Born and educated in Europe, he has three degrees at the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels from the University of Cambridge and was awarded his Ph.D. at the University of London. Dr. John moved to New York in 1998 and has been an active participant in real estate transactions in Harlem since 2003.

Dr. John’s expertise includes granular examination of individual properties and an R-based pipeline analysis of very large datasets. He joined Harlem Lofts Inc. in 2018.
