Neil Sempio joined Harlem Lofts in as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Neil oversees the day-to-day financial accounting and reporting for Harlem Lofts along with overseeing all regulatory audits and assisting with tax preparation and filings. Neil is a strong advocate of professional discipline, is admired for his trustworthiness and organizational skills, and boasts a high degree of precision with a keen eye for detail.

Prior to joining Harlem Lofts, Neil was employed with Lukoil Overseas Service B.V in Dubai as a Capital Cost Accountant. Lukoil Overseas is a foreign upstream subsidiary of the Lukoil group – Russia’s second-largest oil company that manages Lukoil’s international oil & gas production & exploration projects. He oversaw the construction in progress account & intangible accounts – their correct classification and evaluates & assesses the existence of assets & justification of putting them into operation. Prior to Lukoil, Neil worked with Weatherford Drilling International and Al Nisr Publishing all in accounting roles. Neil started his career with Crowe Horwath & CBFuentesfina International CPA’s & Business Consultants as a Professional/Audit Staff. His duties consisted of interim and year-end audits for banks & monthly operations audits for exporting companies.

Neil Sempio received a B.S Accountancy degree from the Ateneo de Davao University. He is a current member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2003.
