After you have completed Step 1, please proceed to:
Step 2. Complete the Credit Check ($20 per applicant). To process the credit check, click the button below.
You will receive an email from Rentals@HarlemLofts.com confirming your successful Credit Check submission.
Step 3. Please fill out our Rental Application form. This is a summary of the applicants’ information, prepared to assist the owner in reviewing the rental application more efficiently and conveniently.
