Senior Property Advisor

Jim Simari, RPA, is a Principal at Harlem Property Management, Inc., which specializes in the professional management of Harlem and Upper Manhattan real estate. Throughout his twenty-five-year property management career, Jim has managed assets for such iconic real estate firms as, Macklowe Management, CB Richard Ellis and GVA Williams, where he was instrumental in the turnaround of a wide range of under-performing properties.

In 2007, he started his own boutique, residential, property management, firm, Dabella Management Group. In 2016, Dabella and Harlem Property Management merged. Jim now leads HPM’s property management team.

Jim truly enjoys working with Condo/Coop Boards to not only create an enjoyable home for their residents, but also guide them on creating and maintaining a financially sound asset whose value will increase over the long-term.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing, from Baruch College and holds the Real Property Administrator designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute. He also is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
